Working with a constrained buget Khan Bonshek were approached to reconfigure a two-up-two-down Victorian end terrace in Tunbridge Wells.

Working with the constrained tapering plot and unusual entrance through the side elevation to the existing house, Khan Bonshek created a semi-open plan layout with the kitchen reconfigured to the heart of the home.

An additional garden room creates a top lit, dual aspect space with ample diffuse light and secluded views across the principle elevation, with a new axial relationship between the living spaces and back garden.
